Engagement Focus: Restoration and Management Support for Nigerian Government Property in San Francisco

DSS Global Agency LLC is engaged in ongoing consultations and preparatory support efforts concerning the restoration and operational management of a Nigerian Government–Owned Property in San Francisco, California.

Following policy-level engagements and consultations, the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has indicated a preference for the rehabilitation and reopening of the property for official use, with a proposed direction toward its utilization as the Nigeria Startup House—a platform aligned with Nigeria’s broader innovation, investment, and economic diplomacy objectives.

DSS Global Agency’s engagement focus includes providing technical, operational, and advisory support aimed at assisting the Ministry to:

- Support the reopening and operational readiness of the facility for official and institutional use;

- Coordinate property rehabilitation and facility readiness in compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations;

- Provide structured facility management, security coordination, and compliance reporting;

- Serve as a United States–based liaison to support regulatory engagement and day-to-day operational coordination.

Subject to formal approvals and authorizations, DSS Global Agency is positioned to support long-term facility management and operational sustainability, including:

- Security and access control coordination;

- Property oversight and maintenance management;

- Regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting;

- Institutional liaison services within the United States.

These services are designed to promote operational efficiency, institutional integrity, and continuity, while supporting a framework capable of generating recurring service-based revenue through private-sector participation.

This Public–Private Partnership engagement framework is aligned with Nigeria’s national priorities, particularly in:

- Innovation and startup ecosystem development;

- Investment promotion and diaspora engagement;

- Economic diplomacy and international collaboration.

Through this initiative, DSS Global Agency seeks to support the establishment, operation, and long-term sustainability of the Nigeria Startup House in San Francisco as a credible platform for innovation promotion, startup acceleration, investment facilitation, and enhanced bilateral engagement between Nigeria and the United States—subject to government approval and policy direction.
